If you just finished your booking – Congrats! Looking forward to working together! If not, the information below is extremely valuable!

How does the booking process work?

When you select your lesson package, you will be taken to your Coach’s calendar. You’ll see their availability and will pay for the full package as part of booking your first lesson. After booking the first lesson, the calendar for the next lesson will automatically load. This process will continue until either all lessons are booked or you exit the calendar.

How much time should there be between lessons?

We strongly recommend five to ten days between lesson package bookings

Do I have to book all my lessons at once?

Nope! Our system keeps track of the total lessons you’ve purchased, how many you have booked, and how many you still need to book

I want to book all of my lessons now but there was only enough availability to book a portion of the package I purchased

No worries! Availability opens on a daily rolling basis, and your instructor can provide you the necessary link during your lesson

How do I find my coach on discord prior to our lesson?

Their discord contact info will be in your confirmation and lesson reminders!

Do I really have to use discord?

Yes. It’s free, keeps a log of our chat, allows for strong audio control, and makes screen sharing easy if needed.

How do I get discord?

We strongly recommend downloading the app onto your PC or phone rather than using the web app. You can download it at https://discord.com/download

How do I use discord properly?

Once you have your account and you’ve sent us a friend request, you’ve done all the work you need! You can find articles on how to do so below

Policies

Rescheduling

Reschedules must be made more than 48 hours before your lesson time. In the case of extenuating circumstances, we can work with you.
No-Shows: Missed lessons without notice cannot be rescheduled or refunded. Note that at 15 minutes past the start time, a lesson is considered a no show and your coach may move on to other tasks.

Refunds on Lesson Packs: Refunds are only available if fewer than half the lessons have occurred (rounded up). Once a lesson has passed, whether attended or not, it cannot be refunded.

3-pack: Refundable before the 2nd lesson
5-pack: Refundable before the 3rd lesson
10-pack: Refundable before the 6th lesson

Late Cancellations

Cancelled more than 48 hours prior to your lesson start time: 100% refund by written request only
Cancelled 48 to 24 hours before the lesson: 50% refund by written request only
Cancelled within 24 hours: Non-refundable

Refund Deadline

Refunds are only performed by request. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the first lesson in the pack. Upon the 31st day from the first lesson in the pack, refunds are not permitted.

Coach Reschedule

There may be times when a member of the Kardavox team needs to reschedule lessons. We avoid rescheduling students as much as possible, and only do so in the event of extreme illness, injury or emergency. Notice of a rescheduled lesson will be sent to you both on discord and via email as soon as we know the need to reschedule has occurred. These requests are rare.
